We’ve all heard of pub crawls, but how about a yarn crawl?
Yesterday was the first day of the Third Annual Chicago Yarn Crawl. The event features 27 local yarn stores, all offering free patterns, special discounts, and prizes. Special raffle tickets available after participants have visited 5, 10, and 15 of the shops.
If you happen to be in the area, and weren’t aware of the event, don’t worry. It’s going on until August 11, and there’s no formal registration required. All you need to do is stop by one of the shops on the list, pick up your passport, and you’re ready to go.
